God loves us and has so much faith in us that He still chooses to uses us to share His love and the Gospel.

Thank you for your interest in serving! Serving is vital to our Ministry here at First Christian Church, and is what Christ expects out of all of us that call Him Lord.  Our Mission Statement is: Win the lost, Train the saved, and Serve everyone. There is a place for every individual in our church to serve. Please fill out this survey on volunteering so we may place you according to your interests and skill sets. Even if there isn't an immediate need for what you are gifted at, filling out this survey will help us know we can contact you and ask for your assistance at a later date.

 Current volunteer opportunities:

Food Pantry Ministry:  We need servant hearts that will be committed to a rotating schedule to serve the families that come to us for food during a time of need.  The pantry is open Saturdays from 1pm - 4pm, so anyone willing to serve in this area could expect to be here once a month from 12:30 - 4:30.  If anyone is interested in learning more or serving in this capacity, please contact Ed or Susie Lentz at (336) 801 - 6408.

Graphic design:  Do you have skills or an interest in graphic design? We need your assistance!  Experience is not required, we will teach you.  For more information see Kristin Bailey Lyman

Website assistance: Do you have technical skills or an interest in websites? We'd love your help with the website. See Kistin Bailey Lyman more information.

Children's Ministry:  There is no better feeling than knowing that you are getting the opportunity to pour God's Love into the lives of our future Kingdom leaders.  This is not only one of the most important Ministries here at FCC, but it is one of the largest, and that requires the need for many servant volunteers.  Serving in any capacity in the chiildren's area is a huge blessing, not only to the children, but to you as well. If you can give the children here at FCC 1 hour a month, either on Sunday or Wednesday, then please see Danny Sink (KidZone Children's Minister).

"Each one should use whatever gift he has received to serve others, faithfully administering God's grace in it's various forms." 1 Peter 4:10
